This bird house was designed & painted in honor of Food Allergy Research & Education, an organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with food allergies empowering them to lead safe, productive lives with the respect of others through education and advocacy initiatives and improved awareness around healthcare options and treatment.
The birdhouse was painted by a teenager (under parental supervision) with severe nut allergies, who has been advocating for himself and others. With this birdhouse the donation to FARE can multiply his and others' voices to help build a safe world for those who are allergic to food types.
The bird house is comfortable indoors or outdoors, and has already been tested in real-world trees in the Pacific Northwest. This is a one-of-a-kind bird house.
